Our client, a next-generation logistics startup, is seeking motivated individuals to join their quickly growing Community Acquisition Team for the role of Onboarding Associate. You will help our team to on-board Delivery Specialists by focusing on the critical operations of document compliance and auditing, and background checks. As an integral part of our team, you will need to be able to do a little bit of everything and do it well

Job Responsibilities:
●     Applicant Document Auditing: Own and execute the document auditing process, including detailed knowledge of our document requirements and auditing processes and metrics.
●     Document Compliance: Work with high volumes of Delivery Specialists to process the renewal of their documents, including in-depth knowledge of our document requirements, manual review and communications, and process optimization.
●     Review background checks: Own and execute the manual review of flagged background checks to determine our ability to partner with applicants according to state and federal regulations. Work with the Manager of Acquisition Operations to escalate issues to legal review as needed, and communicate appropriately with affected applicants.

Qualifications and Experience:
●     Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting or applicable experience
●     Have a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality who works well in a team, and independently owns their work.
●     Communicate effectively, clearly, kindly and confidently on the phone, in person and via email to team members and with applicants.
●     Have a consistent work ethic that strives for quality work and an enthusiasm for any task. Be eager to contribute to all Community initiatives.
●     Ability to prioritize tasks and willing to get dirty and be in the trenches when needed (after all, this is the start-up life and you have to be ready for a challenge!).
●     Strong proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
●     Experience with document compliance, background check review, Human Resource, Recruiting or onboarding a plus.
