Position Summary:
We are looking for a PM & Tenant Coordinator (TC) to join our team in the area of Retail and Restaurant Project Management & Delivery.  You will be responsible for assisting the team and director of the Tenant design, and construction

You will possess the following attributes-
  • You will assist Senior leadership to establish and implement the retail design direction and leading the opening coordination efforts for Operational Tenants within a portfolio of shopping centers, including in-line mercantile shops, restaurant/hospitality units and common area kiosks.
  • Several years in construction, commercial properties, design, development, and planning
  • You will understand and complete Tennent design packages
  • You have advanced Excel experience
  • You will fully understand the Tenant Coordination Departments Policies and Procedures and the workflow used in the Tenant Coordination Department from receipt of active deals in leasing system documents through store opening.
  • You have worked with and or as a Project Architect, Project Designer, and/or experience within an Architectural and/or Construction Management setting.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Construction Project Management and Retail and Restaurant Design.
  • Decision-making qualities including effectively balancing and integrating business intuition.
  • Strong relationship building and team skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in strategic thinking & analysis as well as solution & change management.
