Job Description
Immigration Support:
  • Work with immigration vendor to complete applications and supporting documents for submission to government agencies for work authorization and employment visas. (US - H-1B, PERM, L-1 and non- US),
  • Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams by coordinating, processing and assist in filing employee’s PERM, application. Track progress of PERM cases, liaison between TA, vendor, employee and manager to push the case through and stay on track. 
  • Maintain and update internal immigration files with accurate and timely information and documentation.
  • Track visas and permanent residency application statuses and prepare activity reports.
  • Maintain all posting requirements for each individual and ensure all Public Files are created appropriately, maintained and housed within HR. Post, track and follow up on LCAs online and on-site.
  • Respond to I-9, RIF or HR inquires sent in Immigration for support or corrective action. 
  • Ensure organization of immigration compliance records including quality control, data input, and maintenance.
  • Partner with Payroll/HRIS to ensure immigration status is tracked within HRIS to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work closely with employees and provide comprehensive immigration service through the application process, including responses to applications, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and compliance.
  • Prepare immigration-related correspondence (e.g. employment confirmation letters, invitation letters, travel packets, business introduction letters, etc.) for employees, as needed.
  • Monitor the Global Immigration mail box. 
Mobility Support:
  • Trigger services, address EE inquiries regarding relocation cases; track full life cycle, kick off onboarding events, and monitor landing. 
  • Facilitate communications and issue resolution;
  • Some basic understanding of mobility tax knowledge.
  • Strong computer skills including Workday, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Other coordination duties as directed by the Global M&I Manager
Job Requirements
  • Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years applicable experience i.e. immigration etc.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Workday experience required
  • Microsoft Visio experience required
