8am start time M-F
 
  • Review bids and contracts, ensure terms and conditions are consistent with Sales, Legal, and corporate guidelines. Requires reaching out and communicating with various departments within Bio-Rad.
  • Compile data for price lists, usage, rebate and inventory reports
  • Contract administration for assigned sales regions. This includes update of price files (different formats), processing amendments and renewals, and ensuring appropriate approvals have been obtained and are on file.
  • Enter and update contract information in Salesforce.com.
  • Set-up and maintenance of customer specific pricing and/or discounts in ERP system.
  • Investigate contract related price discrepancies and resolve.
  • Consignment supply center set-up, reconcile supply center inventory quarterly reporting, upload and maintain supply center prices in kiosk.
  • Monitor Sales Admin e-mail quotes queue; enter leads in Salesforce.com and assign to the appropriate Sales Rep.
  • Update or generate sales quote if needed.
  • Experience in sales support and reviewing legal terms is a plus
  • Must be a motivated and flexible team player
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and excellent organization skills
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to compile data and create sales analysis reports in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Must be able to demonstrate and apply knowledge in various advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g. PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP formula).
  • Functional knowledge of SAP is a plus and Salesforce.com is a plus
  • 5+ years in Administrative experience or equivalent
