A thriving financial services company in El Sequndo, CA is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist with technical support, troubleshooting, and provide customer service to field sales reps. 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with telephone inquiries that concern support, processing/requesting procedures, system status and network connectivity, and various other hardware/software issues as they arise.
  • Complete detailed records of all inquiries, repairs, and service request that come in.
  • Quickly resolve smaller problems when they arise.
  • Redirect inquiries to the correct technical area and vendor.
  • Manage requests and provide timely follow-ups when necessary to ensure employee satisfaction and outstanding customer service.
  • Consult and escalate higher level requests when needed.
  • Report any problems with procedures, providing feedback as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Must have High School Diploma.
  • 3-5 yrs experience working in a technology based call center work place.
  • Advanced PC tech knowledge.
  • Proficient with Windows XP
  • Removing experience required.
