3-6 Month Contract with potential to be extended
Schedule: 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm weekdays M-Fr, Saturday 9am-6pm (Sunday & 1 Weekday off)

Our client, a leading healthcare platform and communications system is seeking Customer Service Representatives to take inbound customer calls, resolve any issues and/or questions the customer might have. Additional responsibilities may include data entry.

Job Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proficient w/MS Office
  • Data entry experience
  • Customer Service Experience – Any experience with customer contact would be great!
  • Call Center experience helpful/preferred, not required
  • Candidates need to be comfortable with having a fully engaged/busy day
