Our client, a leading global producer of gas and charcoal grills and accessories, is seeking an Administrative Manager to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and can oversee facility management, travel arrangements, and equipment and supplies, etc.  This position has the growth opportunity of becoming the Corporate Services Manager that oversees Administrative, Legal, HR, IT, and Public Relations. 

Responsibilities:
  • Communicates job expectations to administrative staff.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Be willing to coach, counsel, and discipline employees while initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain the office equipment and supplies.
  • Approve invoices as needed.
  • Make necessary purchases, negotiating price, quality, and delivery.
  • Plan and arrange meeting schedules.
  • Develop and utilize filing systems.
  • Implement new applications when necessary to improve program and service quality.
  • Submit information for budget preparation.
  • Scheduling expenditures and monitor costs.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities such as: recycling, renovations, event planning etc.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS is required.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in related fields.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Must be flexible and accommodating.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in risk management and evaluation.
  • Professional demeanor and team player with high degree of confidentiality a must.
  • Legal work status in the U.S.
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English a plus!
