Pay Rate: $28/hr.
Schedule: 40 hours a week
3 month Assignment with the possibility of extension

Job Summary: 
 
Key marketing initiatives covered by the position include: conference planning and implementation support, , website content management, Google Analytics analysis with suggested online improvements including SEO/SEM improvements and some copywriting.  Administrative tasks include vendor relations (printer, promotional type vendors, etc.), marketing inventory, sales collateral kits, execute email and direct mail promotions, and process of purchase orders. This is a skills growth opportunity in an innovative medical device company. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Support marketing day-to-day operations including marketing campaigns, promotions & projects.
  • Take ownership of tradeshow/event management.
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing and sales support material (e.g. product brochures, Apps, videos, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Maintain website content.
  • Support marketing with administrative tasks, vendor relations and any other marketing projects.
 
Skills:
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to write effectively for different audiences and on different platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands amongst frequently changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and problem solve in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with other departments and manage third party vendors
 
Basic qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of broad experience in marketing
  • Experience with coordinating tradeshows and/or events a plus
  • Experience in medical industry a plus.
  • Eligible to work in US
  • Proficiency with English language
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with the Illustrator/Photoshop a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards.
