Our client, a leading global producer of gas and charcoal grills and accessories, is seeking a Call Center Support Representative to join their team. The ideal Call Center Support Representative will love interacting with people, provide excellent customer service, and have strong communication skills. 

Responsibilities
  • Easily handle high volume telephone and email inquiries.
  • Solve open issues by identifying customer’s needs through questions.
  • Assist with resolving technical issues with troubleshooting.
  • Data entry into CRM and internal systems.
  • Consistently increase the amount of knowledge through the technical team and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback on newly discovered problems and suggestions on client’s grill models.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
  • Must be able to type 35 wpm.
  • Must have at least 6 months Call Center experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and can complete the calls professionally.
  • Able to handle pressure and difficult claimants in professional and effective way.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and multi-tasking.
  • Proficient in MS Office - specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
