A thriving Financial Services company in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Client Support Associate to assist them on a temporary basis.  
Job Responsibilities:  
  • Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
  • Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs
  • Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish
  • Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
  • Provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer
  • Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
  • Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls
  • Participate in special projects and team activities including training and support of internal and external contacts
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School Diploma (You can really catch our eye with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 2+ years of experience working in client-service or call center
  • Strong technical aptitude; 1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of work experience in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
