Our client is a leading provider of patient recruitment solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Their proprietary software and databases, in conjunction with their recruitment process expertise, allow pharmaceutical companies to identify qualified patients for clinical studies, and track them in the detail required to maximize enrollment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Enrollment Operations team (Marketing and Site Services)
  • Ad hoc requests including data entry, reports and presentations in software programs and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Serve as an extra set of hands for the Global Enrollment Operations team
  • Calendar and meeting coordination
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 1+ years in an Office Support or Administrative Assistant position
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience supporting multiple team members
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written/email)
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • High attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and highly trainable
