We are seeking a focused and driven recruiter to manage and source candidates for our high-volume accounts.
 
JOB DUTIES:
  • Full-cycle recruiting: screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, follow through after the candidate is hired.
  • Partners with internal business development team, recruiting department, and client to ensure the ideal candidates are confirmed for the job. 
  • Responsible for high-volume of placements, making 50-70 calls a day. 
  • Creates recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by creatively sourcing candidates, utilizing job boards, and attending networking events.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience required
  • High volume recruiting – call center highly preferred
  • Experience in at least two to three industries/verticals or specialty recruiting experience
  • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include: sourcing, screening, behavioral based interviewing and offer negotiations
  • Comfortability with Applicant Tracking Systems, proficient in MS Office Suite, and quick to pick up new systems
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment may also be required depending on program
