Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking for a Customer Operations Analyst in Alpharetta, GA. This will be a 6-month contract which has the potential to be extended.  The ideal Customer Operations Analyst will be diligent, has an attention to detail, and be extremely reliable.

Job Description
  • GL Reconciliations
  • Assist Customer Operations Manager with internal and external requests related to bankruptcy research
  • Assigning ALM tickets
  • Audit requests
Job Requirements
  • 4-year Degree preferred
  • Strong experience in customer operations
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (specifically, pivot tables + v-lookups)
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
