A thriving financial services company in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the local and remote executive teams.
  • Manage incoming calls and visitors with care, friendliness, and a motivation to keep the organization running smoothly
  • Coordinate travel and scheduling for internal and external clients with duties including: site selection, catering needs, IT set up, etc.
  • Develop reports and/or presentations using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Deliver superior professionalism at all times.
  • Provide general support and assist with ad-hoc projects from executive staff
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of related executive (C-Suite) support experience.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on PowerPoint.
  • A positive can-do attitude and the desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus!
  • Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and issues before they arise.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Top notch oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to handle confidential topics/conversations tactfully.
