Our client, a leader in exam integrity, is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to assist them on a temporary basis.  In this role, the Customer Service Representative II, will provide a sequence of service for all test takers from the point of logging in through exam submission and logging out process.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the start-up, submission, and log-out of test taker exams.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to exam participants.
  • Ensure validity of the test taker’s identity through the authentication process.
  • Review exam parameters.
  • Answer any questions from test takers during proctoring sessions.
  • Follow the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
  • Communicate all details of the proctoring session.
  • Witness the completion and submission of exams.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1-year experience in a customer service/admin/data entry role.
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office.
  • 30+ WPM
  • Basic computer software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate in English in various mediums- verbal, electronic, and written.  Second language is a plus.
