We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician who will be responsible for supporting both onsite and remote employees. The right candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a “can-do” attitude.
 
Key Responsibilities
•             Configuring and installing desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, IP Phones, and other computer components and peripherals
•             Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
•             Managing user permissions, provisions, and access control
•             Collaborating with the rest of the IT team on various assigned projects
•             Maintaining inventory of computer hardware and software
•             Organizing and distributing laptops and desktop computers to employees
•             Performing computer and phone orientation for new employees
•             Monitoring printers to ensure sufficient toner and paper
 
Qualifications & Skills
•             2-3 years of work experience in network support and desktop technology
•             Proficient knowledge in Active Directory, Network, Desktop, and Patch management
•             Ability to install PC software and hardware components such as RAM, video cards, and motherboards.
•             Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and Mac OS
•             Experience with moving and assembling computers and peripherals
•             Excellent communication skills and high level of commitment to customer service
•             IT Certifications such as CCENT, CCNA, MCSA, MCDST a plus
•             Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
