Do you have a background in medical billing & claims?  Our client, an industry-leading healthcare information technology company, is currently seeking someone to work in Data Entry.  The day-to-day to this position will consist of helping to identify issues and eliminating error messages within the system by changing incorrect information that was previously entered. If you have great documentation skill and excellent with managing your time, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: 
  • Operate various data entry devices like a keyboard, scanners and computers.
  • Enter data from items such as canceled checks, sales reports, and/or bills into data fields or onto tapes/disks. 
  • Sort and verify data for correctness before entered.
  • Correct data entry errors, report errors to supervisors that could not be fixed.
  • Re-enter data into verification format to detect any errors.
  • Keep logs of activities and completed work.
Job requirements/qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years data entry experience 
  • 1+ years experience in medical billings/claims highly desired
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communications skills both written and spoken.
  • You have an eye for detail and can easily catch the smallest error.
  • High level accuracy with entering important information.
  • Must pass background check
