Are you energetic and have a flexible schedule? Our client is seeking Workplace Ambassador/Customer Service to assist on a temporary basis.  As the Workplace Ambassador, you will be responsible for covering desks based off coverage needed.  If you have great organizational skills, ability to switch tasks at a moments notice, and have outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Supervisor Workplace Services to provide excellent customer service and office support.
  • Assist with RE & WS related items.
  • Greet and direct guests in a timely manner, assigning temporary badges as needed and assisting with correct sign ins.
  • Notify staff of any visitors, candidates, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure all access cards are accounted for and returned daily.
  • Book conference rooms for employees as needed.
  • Assist with placing food orders.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Respond to incoming emails and instant messages.
  • Sign for and receive any packages, notify/distribute to employees when needed.
  • Process any outgoing UPS/FedEx shipments.
  • Maintain a presence on chatter.
  • Add new employees onto Hub Chatter when hired.
  • Order supplies when needed.
  • Maintain team documents and training materials.
  • Communicate any and all maintenance issues with building management.
  • Submit timesheet for approval every Friday. 
Skills you will need:
  • 2yrs experience in Customer Service, Admin and/or Clerical
  • Excellent Customer Service background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
  • Can easily learn new software systems, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • You are able to operate telephones, copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
  • You must be comfortable with navigating Downtown.
  • Must own and be able to use a smart phone.
  • Must be a team player who wants to support a team and succeed as a team.
