Company Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of patient recruitment solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. Their proprietary software and databases, in conjunction with their recruitment process expertise, allow pharmaceutical companies to identify qualified patients for clinical studies, and track them in the detail required to maximize enrollment. 

Job Role & Scope:
Establish a single point, face-to-face link between the internal project management team and Creative Services to establish, develop, and maintain smooth-running ongoing creative brand communications campaigns (from communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing clients and reporting to the director of creative services). The Creative Services Specialist will work with designated internal Study Leads to understand sponsor clinical study support objectives and collaborate with the sponsor and creative services teams for the successful concept, copy, and design development of patient recruitment & retention campaigns.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Reviews background, client preferences, and insights regarding all aspects of the project objectives, including time and budget expectations
  • Balances study objectives with business goals/design communications objectives and sponsor suggestions and communicates them to the creative team and coordinates team support when necessary for client interactions
  • Collaborates with Study Leads and sponsor to achieve clear perspective on goals and preferences, and assists in articulating objectives to motivate the ideation process
  • Maintains a balance between client- and agency-advocacy and suggests distinctive and personalized solutions
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years graphic design and/or advertising sales/customer service experience required
  • Superb listening skills and verbal ability, with superior customer service and negotiating skills
  • Ability to interact with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups 
  • Can work independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plan work schedules to meet goals
  • Performs a wide range of tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing objectives
  • Experience in/knowledge of pharmaceutical, life sciences, and/or healthcare communications
  • Knowledge of graphic design, digital communications, advertising/media channels, and copywriting
  • Ability to coordinate small groups of inside and external decision makers and run small meetings
  • Confident, enthusiastic, professional communication and presentation techniques
  • Facility with MS Office software and working knowledge of Adobe Creative software capabilities
