The company was founded in 2002 with the aim of capturing the emerging online skill-games market. Having led the market in backgammon and regional skill games in Italy and Spain, the company broadened their product portfolio to offer a full gaming software system as well as becoming a leading developer of online casino games. The company have offices in the UK (London, Kensington) and in the US (Nevada, Las Vegas) and they pride themselves on the many industry awards they have picked up along the way – latterly for Casino Platform of the Year at the North America EGR awards in San Francisco.

The company has strategically positioned itself in the US as a pioneer in this emerging regulated market. In New Jersey, they partnered with Betfair to provide a real-money online gaming site since November 2013. In unregulated US states, they have developed an innovative, free-to-play casino to land-based casino operators seeking to monetise their large databases online.

TEAOVERVIEW:
The Marketing Services team is split between the Vegas and Sofia offices and is responsible for growing as well as supporting a number of simulated gaming and real money gaming websites on behalf of our worldwide B2B partner casinos. The team is central to the global simulated gaming and real money gaming US strategies and is therefore growing quickly – hence this new opportunity in their Las Vegas office.

JOB PURPOSE:
As a Marketing Designer, you will create design for the US based Simulated Marketing player acquisition, retention and re-engagement strategies. This role reports into the Design Manager and is central to the continued growth in revenue performance. The successful candidate will design for a broad variety of campaigns aimed at acquisition from our partner player databases, improving the VIP growth and retention campaigns across our global suite of simulated gaming websites. This position is ripe for someone looking to move into the exciting and highly innovative industry of iGaming on a global scale, and take the next step in their career. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for developing creative design to support marketing team’s efforts – specifically both the online and casino on-property assets for launch, major campaigns and on-going efforts  
  • Create successful design delivery across promotional and player communication campaigns, onsite content, digital and traditional advertising, new user conversion landing pages, social media and PR campaigns  
  • Stay updated on latest design trends  
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication 
  • Design for email, website banners & images, direct mail, casino property marketing materials, office marketing materials for various partners, PowerPoint presentations and templates
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 
 
Personal Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in business

  • Educated to graduate level within a relevant area

Technical Abilities:
  • Mastery of graphic design software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • 2-4 years experience in Graphic Design in a fast-paced environment  
  • Acquainted with user experience (paid media) and interface best practice methodologies and design
  • Familiarity with AS3, Flash video & sound, animated gifs, Flex/Air, Javascript/HTML/HTML5/CSS/JQUERY
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different brands at any one time to ensure stakeholders requirements are met  
  • Fast turnaround of assets
  • Familiar with freemium and real money gaming models not essential, but highly regarded
