Our client is an award winning global supplier of industry leading casino content, fast flexible gaming systems and turnkey social gaming. The company was founded in 2002 with the aim of capturing the emerging online skill-games market. Having led the market in backgammon and regional skill games in Italy and Spain, the company broadened their product portfolio to offer a full gaming software system as well as becoming a leading developer of online casino games. The company have offices in the UK (London, Kensington) and in the US (Nevada, Las Vegas) and they pride themselves on the many industry awards they have picked up along the way – latterly for Casino Platform of the Year at the North America EGR awards in San Francisco.

The company has strategically positioned itself in the US as a pioneer in this emerging regulated market. In New Jersey, they partnered with Betfair to provide a real-money online gaming site since November 2013. In unregulated US states, they have developed an innovative, free-to-play casino to land-based casino operators seeking to monetise their large databases online.

The Marketing Services team is split between the Vegas and Sofia offices and is responsible for growing as well as supporting a number of simulated gaming and real money gaming websites on behalf of our worldwide B2B partner casinos. The team is central to the global simulated gaming and real money gaming US strategies and is therefore growing quickly – hence this new opportunity in their Las Vegas office.

As the CRM Coordinator, you will support our US based Simulated Marketing player retention and re-engagement strategies. This role reports into the CRM Manager and is central to the continued growth in revenue performance of our highest value player databases. The successful candidate will support a broad variety of campaigns aimed at improving the VIP growth, retention and re-engagement performance of the online player life cycle across our global suite of simulated gaming websites. This position is ripe for someone looking to move into the exciting and highly innovative industry of iGaming on a global scale, and take the next step in their career. 
  • Develop, execute and report on all retention strategies across all sim sites  
  • Assist in the development of successful delivery of existing VIP player revenue against set targets. Will also assist in the responsibility of player engagement KPI’s for our broad customer base, including NPUs, ARPDAU, lifetime tenure, engagement, and churn rates 
  • Support CRM team through deep segmentation, predictive modelling, promotions application and communication strategies, including property-based VIP specific promotions and incentives 
  • Execute social Fan Page player communication, as well as app Push Notifications for our various partners that supports email marketing campaign promotions 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication 
  • Generate and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports from set reporting templates for all retention campaigns that demonstrates the business impact e.g. satisfaction, engagement, churn, ROI, growth, ARPPU etc

Technical Abilities:
  • Digital tech-savvy
  • Highly creative with experience in digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experienced in working with one of the following ESPs: Salesforce, Exact Target, Smart Focus, IBM Watson, Mailchimp or similar
  • HTML experience not essential but highly regarded
  • Highly numerate with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with freemium and real money gaming models not essential, but highly regarded
