Pay: $19-$22 per hour DOE
Term: 6 month contract (potential for extension)
Full Time(M-F)

Our client is seeking Coordinator/Admin Assistant.  You will be responsible for covering desks based off coverage needed.  If you have great organizational skills, ability to switch tasks at a moments notice, and have outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct guests in a timely manner
  • Notify staff of any visitors, candidates, and customer meetings.
  • Provide day to day support to the cubby program which is located at HQ over approx.. 27 floors.
  • Update data for cubbies move, adds, and changes.
  • Complete monthly audit of cubbies.
  • Provide daily support for the seating helpline.
  • Log and track any maintenance issues with locks of cubby furniture.
  • Set up new hire deliverables on a weekly basis.
Skills you will need:
  • 2yrs experience in Customer Service/Coordinator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
  • Can easily learn new software systems, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • You are able to operate telephones, copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
  • You must be comfortable with navigating Downtown.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Must be a team player who wants to support a team and succeed as a team.
