Job Title: Recruiter Coordinator 
Location: Olive Branch, MS 38654
Pay rate: $20-$22 hourly (Weekly Pay)
Term: 6 month contract (potential for extension)

Hours: Full-time M-F
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team, primarily within the area of Talent Acquisition. This individual will be responsible for coordinating interviews, travel reservations, and various administrative projects for the Recruiting team. Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, flexible with last minute change or updates.

  • Schedules all phone and onsite interviews with candidates, hiring leaders and their teams
  • Coordinates and books travel for candidates as appropriate
  • Manages the candidate expense reimbursement process
  • Manages recruitment calendar and email inbox
  • Provides administrative support to the Recruiting team
  • Proactively communicates with candidates, hiring managers and Recruiters
  • Completes data entry into the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate various projects for the HR team

  • HS Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • 3+ years  experience as a Recruiting Coordinator/ Recruiting Assistant
  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, or in an administrative role preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook for scheduling meetings
  • Familiar with Human Resources principles and practices through employment and/or education preferred
  • Requires effective communication skills in English, written and oral
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Jobvite or other ATS a plus
