TargetCW is looking for a VP of Marketing to help get the word out about TargetCW. We’re looking for a “roll up your sleeves” multi-tasker that is passionate about what we do and is an expert in finding creative ways of sharing that information through all mediums possible. Print, digital, video.

How will you know if you are the perfect candidate? 
You’ll be a hands-on marketer and evangelist of all things TargetCW. You will have B2B experience in the service industry. If you have an internet shop on eBay or sold the Flowbee, this probably isn’t for you. We’re a 400M a year company with a professional service and software that is complex, and your goals is to creatively share it in a simple way. You will love working with different people and departments and helping them build their own department brand while aligning corporate, customer and department level goals.   
What is so awesome about TargetCW?
First let us tell you the details of what you will do on a daily basis, and the kind of person we’re looking for: 
  • You’re part of a very small team, 1 or 2 people. A full-time graphic artist who is amazing. BUT the world is your oyster, so you need to know how to use and hold accountable various contractors on Upwork, Codable and Fiverr.  
  • You will know at an expert level, how to create, plan, schedule, send and provide analytics to email campaigns using Constant Contact or another tool. 
  • You will be a master at project management. Whether it’s an event with an onsite booth, swag, marketing pieces and marketing list or a small company party where you will need to take pictures you’ll know and take ownership from beginning to end.  
  • Social media is your jam! You’ll know how to curate original content and make our FB, IG, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and company blog the best possible. It’s not rocket-science, but a good strategy and preparation will make it a success.  
  • You’ll want to maintain and constantly improve our website. You’ll be very familiar with WordPress and roll up your sleeves to keep adding and improving our content.  
  • Lastly, you’ll be responsible for bringing out the best in our company, by sharing the TargetCW story and helping us attract the best talent possible.
