As the Software Security Architect, you will be responsible for commercial software development for a core, high growth control system product line.  This role is critical for setting strategic and technical directions to ensure that customers intellectual property remain secure.  Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience working in information security.

  • Support business objectives and risk management strategies by defining and assessing System/Client security Architecture.
  • Work to ensure information security is fully integrated into systems architecture.
  • Oversee the technical leadership of large development teams or multi-team projects.
  • Ensure business hits required security requirements – research information security standards, conduct security and vulnerability analyses, study architecture/platform, identify any integration issues, prepare cost estimates.
  • Identify any security gaps, evaluating and implementing any needed enhancements.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to implement security tools, technologies, and techniques.
  • Stay educated on the top new tools and techniques of information security.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept activities with users in support of advances use cases.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience working in Information Security, Networking or Cloud architecture.  This experience could also be in engineering or architecture, designing and developing large-scale security solutions.
  • Experience building security architectures for: MFC, Java, .Net, Linux, Microsoft Windows, Web and Cloud technologies.
  • Expert in encryption technologies, threat modeling, and user control policies.
  • Ability to work with teams.
  • Ability to articulate technically advances issues to all audiences.
  • One or more certifications in: ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CCSP is preferred.
  • Experience working with Industrial Automation platforms and applications a plus.
