For over 20 years, our client has been a nationally recognized leader providing credit and data verification solutions to U.S. banks, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers and credit unions nationwide. Providing innovative, fully compliant web-based platforms that help mitigate risk, while improving operational efficiency and streamlining the lending process. They are seeking an experienced Processor to join the team! 

Job Duties:
  • Process trade line supplement requests and verification for clients. 
  • Provide existing customer support which may include but not be limited to answering phone calls and completing client conference calls
  • Contacting creditors to verify client information.
  • Track multiple workflows independently and ensure they are meet
  • Process Supplements in technology system
  • Maintenance of physical and electronic customer files
  • Update credit report with accurate verified information.
  • Manage customer and projects that may be assigned on a periodic basis
  • Entering data and pulling reports
 
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 + years of experience in Processing and  Document verification role
  • Working experience with consumer credit reports and loan processor a plus! 
  • Ensuring that requests are processed in a timely manner
  • Data Entry skills
  • Attention to detail is mandatory
  • Excellent phone skills and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Active Listening and following directions
  • Customer focus 
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Team player
  • Must pass background check
