As the Administrative Assistant (Product Management) you will be managing calendars, travel arrangements, and travel & business expenses for two executives.  If you are flexible and feel comfortable taking on a variety of daily tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Other responsibilities will include:
  • Provide support and coordination of team travel arrangements and agenda creation.
  • Manage internal team calendar.
  • Coordinate team and special events.
  • Take notes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Previous media or entertainment experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient with google suite- gmail, doc, sheets, slides.
  • Must be resourceful and able to problem solve.
