$17 - $19/hr.

Primary Functions:
The Warranty Associate interfaces with vendors and customers about warranty claims. Process and maintain customer and vendor warranty claims. Set up vendor repair/replace transactions, monitor customer warranties throughout the return/repair/replace cycle. Other related duties as assigned.
  • Show our customers the love at every opportunity!
  • Manages and monitors the various stages of a warranty claim, taking the necessary action to close-out the claim.
  • Regularly communicates with customers and vendors regarding claims using email, phone, LiveChat.
  • Maintains warranty inventory status and company records tracking all steps for each claim.
  • Tracks order details from system platforms to research each claim.
  • Engages actively in teamwork for the achievement of department goals in partnership with other departments.
  • Physically & virtually moves inventory to demo/warranty/destroy warehouse.
  • Collaborates with vendors and customers to arrange return/repair/warranty work
  • Collaborates with various departments to ensure completion of warranty claims while projecting teamwork to achieve the goals with Operations/Service Department.
  • Organize the “998” Warranty Warehouse and prepare used products for Outlet Sale
  • Receive and send repaired/replaced goods to customers
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers. Seizes opportunities to sell.
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships to expedite warranty requests
  • 2-3 years of technical experience in the bike industry
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and attitude
  • High school diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software suite
  • Technically savvy to use or learn other software programs
  • Exceptional organizational skill
  • Strong collaborative and team building skills
  • Highly motivated, capable of working independently
  • Ability to build relationships quickly while demonstrating dependability/trust
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
