As the Enrollment Manager, you will serve as a liaison in coordinating communication between key stakeholders at local sites and the team to ensure optimal enrollment results. 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and maintain current understandings of issues affecting the local health systems including access to healthcare, patient pathways, key issues for patients with particular focus on current and upcoming indications. 
  • Support central marketing team by evaluating local media landscape, providing samples of in country marketing, reviewing local publications and media channels, identification of indication specific online portals, etc., as directed and supported by central marketing. 
  • Provide feedback during the creative, translation and localization process to ensure effective localization. 
  • Support central marketing team in the identification and onboarding of local vendors and provides local vendor support options as necessary and in conjunction with central marketing team.
  • Identify and recommend local recruitment options such as advocacy groups and pharmacy companies. 
  • Undertakes outreach to physicians and local clinic options to onboard and recommend patients to our companies trials. 
  • Ensure maximum site coverage and capacity for studies. 
  • Profiles and targets most effective sites for onboarding. 
  • Optimizes site contact strategy and benefit messaging and ensures appropriate for local market. 
  • Streamlines onboarding and training process. 
  • Develops key site relationships to maintain effectiveness. 
  • Manages regional site based resources and maintain site metrics. 
  • Identifies performance issues and works with sites and other in-country teams as necessary to remedy. 
  • Identifies best practice model for processing patients for each study through the funnel to randomization. 
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of area and site landscape, key issues in referral processing, what resources each site has and how we support each site. 
  • Recommends appropriate toolkit programs such as ForSite, medical records, FOV transport, onsite support, etc. 
  • Trains a call center “pod” to facilitate high level business to business calls with sites. Training may include: orientations, ForSite initiatives, performance discussions. 
  • Manages call center “pod” to implement strategic messaging to key decision makers on studies. Monitoring calls, coaching and coordinating with other internal teams to provide a concierge service to sites. 
Qualifications: 
  • BA or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification 
  • 5+ years’ experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
  • Self- motivated and capable of operating independently and possessing a strong desire to deliver results 
  • Exceptional sales and persuasion skills 
  • Capable of speaking confidently and knowledgably about research processes 
  • Capable of understanding and addressing both business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog within the sponsors confidentiality requirements and limits 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required 
  • Strong analytical skills and possess a high degree of technical expertise 
  • Capable of utilizing corporate platforms and supporting analysis to plan activities and report call results and next steps 
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to maximize efficiency to meet weekly and monthly target goals 
  • Strong computer literacy (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
