Job Overview:

Our client, a leading esports video game producer, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Launch Team. In this role, you will act as a logistics guide for the product group by performing various administrative tasks and coordinating launch team events. You will initiate team rituals while tracking notes and action items in addition to maintaining the necessary artifacts.

As a contractor on the Launch Team, you'll join a tight-knit team that shares our focus on player experience, rejection of convention and passion for gaming. Together with a dedicated team, you will craft awesome player experiences.

What your day would be like:
  • Facilitate day-to-day logistics by performing administrative tasks
  • Event logistics coordination and communication for your team
  • Facilitate meetings with various teams at the company
  • Handle scheduling of owned rituals so they’re optimized for efficiency and understanding
  • Work with customers and partners to ensure accurate schedules and handle requests made by varying partners in the organization
  • Context switch between multiple rituals, growing your knowledge base, and leveling up your experience
  • Performing follow-ups on pending action items
  • Maintain accurate summaries of progress and update tasks management systems as necessary
  • Coordinate multiple and diverse partners for contributions in relation to regular status reporting
