Responsibilities:
  • Review recruiting processes, roles, systems, and key performance indicators identifying opportunities and to ensure the commitment to Diversity Hiring.
  • Establish operational objectives such as work plans and delegating assignments to the team.
  • Improve TA processes, approaches, tools and outcomes.
  • Create a reporting system to analyze TA data.
  • Create new and innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to address any knowledge gaps, process inefficiencies, or skill requirements.
  • Receive and provide feedback from hiring managers and teams.
  • Develop programs and practices to help drive the success of global talent acquisition function.
  • Build and optimize technology, training, and process platforms to enable nimble, efficient, and compliant recruiting function.
Skills:
  • 9+ years of TA experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience devising and implementing talent acquisition programs in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Previous experience managing complex projects and implementing change across organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to establish program metrics and assessing program impact.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Lever ATS is preferred.
