Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
3-month contract w/ possible extension

  • Provide support to 2 lease administrators in the preparation and processing of lease documentation and other correspondence.
  • Produce documents and create files, transmittal letters and lease documents.
  • Proofread documents.
  • Process incoming and outcoming mail.
  • Update reports and databases.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in an administrative support position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Deltaview, Powerpoint, Realm, Outlook, and Alchemy is a bonus!
  • Able to multitask and stay organized.
  • Talented in prioritization and working to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to proofread for corrections.
  • Thrive in a fast pace, team environment.
  • Self starter.
  • Prior experience working as a legal secretary or knowledge of commercial real estate/lease contract is helpful.
