Role Overview & Purpose:
The Human Resources Business Partner supports the mission and vision of our company by providing excellent employee services within a dynamic team environment.
In this position, you will be able to lead our amazing employees by advising managers on organizational policy issues and recommending needed changes and aligning business objectives with the organization. You will also serve as a point of contact for management on day-to-day communications regarding leaves, policy issues, and employment-related matters. You will excel and shine as you demonstrate excellence through living the company values: Compassion, Above & Beyond, Generosity, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• EDUCATION: B.A. or B.S. preferred either Human resources certificate or Human Resources designation such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR is required.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources required. Experience managing employee benefits preferred.
• KNOWLEDGE: HRIS knowledge preferred. Knowledge of employment and wage and hour laws, workers compensation, and benefits administration preferred.
