Core Responsibilities 
  • Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking and direct outreach.
  • Screen and qualify prospective candidates.
  • Partner with Recruiting to develop sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics for a variety of positions, both technical and non-technical globally.
  • Be proactive; actively engage and partner with fellow Recruiting team members, provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate, well-documented candidate actions and notes within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What We Value
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support experience.
  • Experience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates.
  • Ability to consistently offer innovative solutions to recruiting challenges within the broader context of the organization's priorities and approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with ever-changing priorities.
